The light guide plate presses propylene into a smooth surface plate by injection molding method, and prints round or square diffusion points on the bottom surface of the acrylic plate with a high-reflectivity and non-absorbent material to diffuse light. When the light is emitted to the diffusion point, the light is reflected in all directions and then emitted from the front of the light guide plate. The printed plate uses the refraction and reflection of light and has high reflection characteristics, while the carved plate groove or concave lattice only has a refraction effect. In order to achieve the same brightness as the printed board, the engraving board needs more high-quality materials and processes.
