The structure of the crystal light box:
The crystal light box is mainly composed of a light guide plate, an LED light source, reflective paper and mounting accessories. The main material structure is the light guide plate. It is a high-tech product that converts a line light source into a surface light source. Optical-grade acrylic is used as the base material, and the backlight module technology of LCD screens and laptops is used. Working principle of the light guide plate:
The light guide plate uses an optical-grade PMMA sheet, and then uses a high-tech material with high reflectivity and no light absorption to laser engrave the light guide point on the bottom of the optical-grade acrylic sheet. The optical-grade acrylic sheet is used to absorb the light emitted from the light source and stay on the surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheet. When the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will diffuse to various angles, and then destroy the reflection conditions and shoot out from the front of the light guide plate.
According to the production process, it can be divided into the following three categories:
Silk-screen light guide plate: simple production process, low cost, short service life.
Laser engraved light guide plate: complex production process, high cost, long service life.
Wire engraved light guide plate: the production process is between the above two, and the cost is medium.
From the perspective of long-term cost performance, it is more advantageous to choose laser engraved light guide plate. In the domestic market, many manufacturers choose silk-screen light guide plate because of its simple production process and no deep-level technology, which reduces the service life of acrylic light boxes and causes great pollution to the environment.
