1. Determine the installation location

2. Measure the dimensions
The installation points should be determined based on the positions of the installation holes on the back of the light box or the on-site dimensions.
3. Fixed light box
Choose the corresponding fixing method according to different types of walls: aluminum-plastic panels, wood boards and iron plates can be directly fixed with self-tapping screws. Cement or brick walls need to be drilled with an impact drill first, and then fixed with expansion screws. For walls made of tiles, marble, glass, etc., it is necessary to drill holes and create expansion screw holes, and then fix the light box or use glue. If the light box is of the suspended or suspended type, the fixed points should be determined according to the size of the installation holes, and the hangers should be installed and the ground wire connected.
4. Wiring
The power cord outlet of a regular light box is on the back. When the power supply is located on the back of the light box, cut off the power cord plug, connect it directly, and fix the power connector with insulating tape. If the power supply is installed outside the light box, the power cord of the light box can be connected to the edge of the light box, and then the three-phase plug can be inserted into the provided power socket.
5. Adjust the light box
Open the upper cover of the light box, drill the power cord hole on the base of the light box with an electric drill, reinstall the power cord, adjust it to be level, and fix it at the installation point.
6. Connect the power supply
Clean the surface of the light box billboard and connect the power supply to use it.
When installing light box signs, the following points should also be noted:
1.Large-sized light boxes need to be equipped with support structures inside.
2. Light boxes made of acrylic sheets should not be fixed with screws. Instead, they should be bonded with special adhesives or embedded for fixation.
3. Heat dissipation holes should be provided on the side of the light box.
4. When installing, try to choose a method that is easy to install and remove to avoid inconvenience in the future.
