Why do I now use aluminum-plastic board as the base plate,LED electronic light box is always not bright, bright for about 2 days, it will be broken?
1. Problem: The internal wiring of the plug is loose and aging.

Problem: aging of the line (especially the light box used for more than a year is most likely to have this problem, many wires are poor in quality after a period of time, the outer skin looks good, the interior has been aging, oxidation, the phenomenon of broken wire is not powered, it is difficult to find with the naked eye).
Solution: Carefully check whether the line has been oxidized, and replace the new line after confirming.
3. Problem: the lamp leg of the LED lamp bead is broken (because the insulating glue on the edge of the lamp bead is not enough, after a long time, it is easy to break the lamp leg due to water).
Solution: Measure with an electric pen, find the short leg lamp bead and replace it.
4. Problem: The internal short circuit of the light box (because some light boxes are floor type, users often move or are touched by objects, resulting in deformation of the light box, or the aluminum plastic board is connected to the lamp bead, resulting in short circuit).
Solution: Open the light box to see if there is a place where the lamp beads contact with the aluminum-plastic board, and isolate it. If the light box is deformed, add a piece of foam board or insulation on the inside of the light box and fix it with a glue stick to achieve isolated contact.
