Novice how to install soft film light box?

Before installing the soft film light box, ensure that the required materials are complete, including the soft film screen, aluminum frame, PVC backplane, LED light strip, and auxiliary installation tools.


First, assemble the aluminum frame. First, insert the size Angle code into the 45 degree bevel aluminum alloy, fix the four corner frame, and form the outer frame of the soft film light box. Next, secure the back.


Then, install the PVC backboard. Install a frame on the backplane and secure the connection with screws. The backplane can be monolithic or spliced based on the actual size.


Next, install the light strip (light source). Arrange the LED light strip on the backplane, connect the power cord, and fix the installed light box on the wall. Check that the light strip is glowing properly.


The final step is to install the soft film screen. The printed soft film picture is embedded in the card slot of the frame of the light box. Sew adhesive strips on the edge of the soft film for inlay fixing in the bezel card slot.


After the soft film light box is installed, if there are wrinkles, you can use a hair dryer to treat. If you need to replace the soft film screen, just remove the old screen and replace the new one, the operation is simple, suitable for beginners.


Soft film light box is suitable for UV equipment. Soft film materials are printed with UV equipment, and a UV equipment with "dual machine single spray" and "synchronous double spray" functions is recommended. This device can spray two volumes of different materials at the same time to achieve a combination of single and double spray, which is suitable for printing soft film and PVC materials.
